Hey you,
You don’t know
How much I loved you
and dreamt about you
and wanted our relationship to grow.
But you had other plans, Phew!
It was our wedding day
and you went away.
Why you didn’t show up?
And you remember that night,
with beautiful moonlight.
Was it just a casual hook up?
Then, why did you propose
with a ring and a rose?
Did you know how traumatic it was?
I went into depression
I started to find my flaws.
I can never forgive your deception.
Then, Coy came in my life
as a beautiful sunrise
and then I realized
You didn’t deserve me.
He wanted me to be his wife.
Tomorrow is our wedding day
And hey,
I am sending the first
invite to you.
You had made my life worst.
But now everything is new.
Come and see how happy I am?
Thank you for leaving me!
PS - This is a fictional poetry but I think there must be someone who must have gone through this phase. I have written this poem to portray that "Life goes on and what happens does happens for a reason."
