Adaline was going back to a place she'd
thought she would never see again.
The place where she had lived in her
childhood
and had a lot of memories, bad and good.
She used to live in a red bungalow,
called The Redwoods, beside a narrow lane.
After her parent’s demise
Her aunt took Adaline and had got shifted
to Peru.
After so long, she decided finally to
visit The Redwoods.
When Adaline finally reached The Redwoods,
she can’t control the tears in her eyes.
The bungalow looked furnished and new
She thought as if she is reliving her
childhood.
The lane beside Redwoods was covered by
snow.
She went inside the bungalow.
There was Belen, the caretaker.
Adaline thanked Belen for the
housekeeping.
As she looked around, all the past memories
appeared before her eyes.
She sat beside the window weeping.
